Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking please contact us as soon as possible. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you advise us at least 7 days in advance is possible. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that appointment time. 
 

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 7 days before the appointed time. A no-show is when a customer misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case a refund of the deposit cannot be issued, however this is at our discretion.
